On the Road...  with Phil

I will be riding in the 2007 Big Ride Across America, a fund raising bicycle ride leaving Seattle on June 25th and arriving in Washington D.C. on August 11th. I will pedal 3,300 miles in 48 days, and with your financial support, I'll raise money for the vital programs and research of the American Lung Association.

I suffered from severe asthma as a child, but as a teen and adult I smoked...a testament to the power of tobacco. I snuffed the habit 33 years ago. But others are not so fortunate, including my two sons who are caught in the tobacco trap.

By my commitment to this phenomenal ride, I am encouraging them and all others to seek help to kick the nicotine addiction and to take care of this most precious and vital key to our health, our lungs.

Peace to you all, and thank you!

Phil
